Emily joined the Writing by Design team in January 2021. She brings more than ten years of experience in product manufacturing and not-for-profit industries leading marketing and communications initiatives. 

Her professional portfolio showcases a variety of work including: communications strategy, public relations, brand management, printed publications, e-mail marketing, website and social media management, event planning and promotion, product marketing and research, process development, writing, editing and more.  

She authentically believes in the power of storytelling and that words truly matter. Emily provides expertise in strategic, marketing and business communications to support Writing by Design’s versatile clients.  

When she’s not working, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, chasing their wanderlust and dreaming of ways to transform their home.
